Order Processing Time

Once you place an order, please allow 1 to 2 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped. During promotional or sales periods, processing may take 3 to 5 business days.

Shipping Time​​

  • Average transit times to the United States: 3 to 7 business days.

  • Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, holidays, or severe weather may cause shipping delays. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, these factors are beyond our control, and delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Any delivery issues must be resolved with the shipping company.

 

Shipping Disclaimer

Once your package is handed over to the local carrier, ownership transfers to you, the buyer. We ensure all packages are in excellent condition before shipping. However, we are not responsible for any delays, lost or damaged packages, mis-delivery errors by the carrier, or incorrect shipping information. Shipping is a service provided by your local carrier, and any issues must be addressed directly with them.

 

What to Do If Your Package Shows Delivered but You Haven't Received It.

We understand the importance of your order. Waco Online Store provides tracking options for all shipments. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered, but you haven’t received it, please:

  1. Check around your neighborhood in case it was delivered to the wrong address.

  2. Speak with family members, roommates, or neighbors who may have received it on your behalf.

  3. Check with your property manager or apartment office.

Please note that an order is considered successfully delivered if the tracking information indicates it was delivered to the address you provided. Our tracked insured shipping policy only covers the period from dispatch until the package is marked as "delivered."

Waco Online Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim.

 

Additional Information​

USPS delivery vehicles use GPS, which can sometimes prematurely update a package as "delivered." Please wait one more business day, as the package may arrive the following day.

  • Contact your local USPS post office (not the USPS hotline) for quicker assistance. Ask for details about that day’s delivery and who delivered your package. USPS is accustomed to handling such inquiries.

  • If your package still does not arrive, please file a claim with USPS.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, tracking is provided for every order once it's shipped. You can track your order on our website.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Due to quick processing, we can't guarantee cancellations or edits after placing an order. If you need to cancel, please submit an inquiry support@wacoonlinestores.com. A $20 fee will apply for restocking and return postage.

 

I have entered an incorrect address.

If you've entered the wrong address, contact us immediately within 24 hours at support@wacoonlinestores.com to correct that.

 

My items arrived damaged.

If your item is damaged, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the damage item. We will send a replacement free of charge.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our straightforward return and exchange policy is designed to make the process hassle-free for you. Returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your order. Items must be in original condition and packaging to qualify. Start a return by contacting us at support@wacoonlinestores.com.

  • Buyer covers shipping costs.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days.

 

Cancellations

You have 24 hours to cancel your order. A $20 fee applies for special cases where cancellation is possible after this period.

 

Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged items. Contact us at support@wacoonlinestores.com to arrange an exchange.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift, you'll receive a gift credit upon return. If not, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

 

Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will deduct the return shipping fee. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can't guarantee receipt of your return.
